Suatu organisasi baik itu organisasi formal maupun informal dalam melakukan segala aktivitasnya pastilah terdapat hubungan diantara orang-orang yang melaksanakan aktivitas tersebut. Semakin banyak aktivitas yang dilakukan, maka akan semakin kompleks juga hubungan yang terjalin. Untuk mengatasi masalah itu,maka dibuatlah stuktur organisasi yang menggambarkan hubungan antar kelompok/bagian.
Contohnya seperti pada institusi pendidikan. Institusi pendidikan berarti sebuah lembaga atau organisasi yang berfokus pada pengembangan pendidikan.Agent-agent yang berperan diantaranya adalah tenaga pengajar (guru, dosen), tenaga pendukung (pegawai administrasi, petugas kebersihan, dan lainnya), dan anak didik (siswa, mahasiswa). Umumnya lembaga/institusi pendidikan ini menggunakan struktur organisasi garis dan fungsional. Organisasi fungsional dan garis adalah bentuk organisasi dimana wewenang dari pimpinan tertinggi dilimpahkan kepada kepala bagian di bawahnya yang mempunyai keahlian tertentu serta sebagian dilimpahkan kepada pejabat fungsional yang koordinasinya tetap diserahkan kepada kepala bagian.Dapat digambarkan sebagai berikut :
Jadi,masing-masing kepala bagian memiliki spesialisasi kerja dan memiliki wewenang untuk betindak/melakukan sesuatu sesuai dengan bidangnya namun wewenang tertinggi tetap dipengang oleh pucuk pimpinan. Namun bentuk organisasi fungsional dan garis ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu :
- dengan adanya spesialisasi/pembagian kerja, hal ini dapat memberikan kejenuhan kepada anggotanya. Misalkan seorang guru bertahun-tahun mengajar pelajaran yang sama, maka hal ini akan menimbulkan kejenuhan.
- Anggota tidak dapat melakukan koordinasi dengan anggota lain. Karena spesialisasinya saling berbeda.
- Selain itu juga pejabat fungsional akan mengalami kebingungan karena dalam suatu bagian dikoordinasikan oleh lebih dari 1 orang

Teori Motivasi
Bagaiman cara anda sebagai pimpinan untuk memotivasi para karyawan anda ? Pilih saalh satu dari motivasi anda.
Sebelumnya kita mengenal dulu apa itu motivasi. Motivasi adalah keadaan dalam diri pribadi seseorang yang mendorong keinginan individu untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu guna mencapai suatu tujuan. Jadi motivcasi bukanlah sesuatu yang dapat diamati, tetapi merupakan hal yang dapat disimpulkan adanya karena sesuatu perilaku yang tampak. Motivasi merupakan maslah yang kompleks dalam organisasi karena kebutuhan dan keinginan setiap anggota organisasi adalah berbeda-beda dan berkembang atas dasar proses belajar yang berbeda pula.
Motivasi dapat ditimbulkan baik oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal tergantung dari mana suatu kegiatan dimulai. Kebutuhan dan keinginan yang ada di dalam diri seseorang merupakan motivasi internal. Begitu juga dalam suatu organisasi, setiap individu akan mempunyai kebutuhan dan keinginan yang berbeda dan unik.
Sedangkan motivasi eksternal menjelaskan kekuatan-kekuatan yang ada di dalalm individu yang dipengaruhi faktor-faktor intern. Untuk itu, teori motivasi eksternal tidak mengabaikan teori motivasi internal, tetapi justru mengembangkannya.
Ada 7 macam teori motivasi yang dikembangkan oleh para ahli yang berbeda-beda. Para ahli-ahli tersebut mendefinisikan teori motivasi sesuai dengan gambaran dan penglihatan mereka dengan kehidupan yang ada saat ini.

• Teori klasik oleh F.W Taylor
• Teori Human Relations (mengaruh pada faktor manusiawi)
Teori presentasi dari MC Clelland mempunyai tige kebutuhan manusiawi yaitu :
1. Kebutuhan presentasi (need for achievment)
2. Kebutuhan afiliasi (need for afilioation)
3. Kebutuhan kekuasaan (need for power)
Dari bebrapa macam teory yang ada saya akan menjelaskan slah satu tori tersebut tentunya untuk memotivasi paara karyawan saya agar bisa melakukan kewajiban sesuai dengan apa yang harus dia kerjakan, saya sebagai pemimpin akan memotivasi parah karyawan denga menggunakan teori presentasi dari MC Clelland yang dikembangkan melalui riset empiris.
Dengan teori ini saya memotivasi para karyawan untuk mendapatkan prestasi yang lebih baik dalam melakukan pekerjaan, dan saya ingin membuat beberapa peraturan agar karyawan bisa menjadi lebih dalam melakukan pekerjaan, dan saya ingin membuat beberapa peraturan agar karyawan bisa menjadi lebih termotivasi dan bersikap profesionalisme dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Peraturan itu tidak bersifat kaku, dengan kata lain peraturan ini akan membuat para karyawan lebih beremangat dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Adapun peraturan yaitu apbila datang ke kantor harus jam 08.00tetapi diberikan dispensasi menjadi jam 08.30 wajib memakai seragam kantor yang sudah disediakan. Apbila ada lembur maka gaji yang kita berikan tidak sama dengan gaji sebenarnya. Saya juga memberikan karyawan bonus apabila merelka dapat memberikan keuntungan dalam perusahaan. Agar tidak jenuh dengan pekrjaan saya memberikan hadiah berupa tiket untuk berefresing yang saya berikan setiap 5 bulan sekali.
Dengan cara-cara seperti itu saya berharap oara karyawan mempunyai prestasi yang lebih baik lagi dan dapat ter motivasi dalam pekerjaan. Memotivasi orang lain kadang memeang sulit dari pada memotivasi diri sendiri karena meotivasi orang lain butuh kemampuan dan kemauan yang benar-benar serius dan tidak boleh main-main apabila kita mau mendapatkan sesuatu yang lebih baik lagi dari sebelumnya.
Dengan memotivasi karyawan seperti ini pastinya saya mempunyai gambaran supaya saya bisa menjadikan perusahaan saya agar lebih maju lagi kedepannya dan saya berusah asebaik mengkin agar semua yang saya inginkan dapat tercapai seperti harapan saya maka dari itu saya harus bisa memotivasi karyawan saya, begitu juga dengan saya sendiri. Saya juga harius mempunyai motivasi yang besar ahar karyawan saya juga bersemangat dalam melakukan perkerjaannya.
Denagn milih teori yang dikembangkan oleh Mc Clellead menganai prestasi saya berfikir bahwa segala sesuatu yang diingin dikatakan sukses pasti ada perjuangan yang harus dilalui dan perjuangan itu tentunya tidak mudah dan butuh waktu, tenaga, dan kesungguhan serta niat yang sungguh-sungguh dalam diri seseorang apabila dia mau menjadi orang yang sukses dan menginginkan prestasi yang lebih tinggi.

BERORGANISASI DI DALAM PERINGATAN HARI RAYA IDUL ADHA
Di dalam organisasi kali ini saya terlibat sebagai seksi pendistribusian daging hewan qurban. Saya mendapatkan masalah dalam pendistribusian ini, maslahnya kurangya pembagian daging hewan kurban ini ke tangan masyarakat. Saya mengambil keputusan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan mengrungi jatah dari setiap bungkus dan mencoret daftar pembagian bagi orang-orang yang mampu. Karena menurut saya dalam masalah ini adalah kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam melakukan pembagian daging. Terkadang salah membagikan daging kepada orang yang mampu.
Untuk itu saya mengambil jalan tadi agar para masyarakat yang kurang mampu mendapatkan haknya untuk menerima daging hewan qurban. Untuk itu saya juga menyisakan daging untuk dimasak untuk para panitia agar tidak lapar saat berlangsungnya kegiatan ini. Ini adalah keputusan saya yang mendapat dukungan dari semua pihak dan akhirnya pendistribusiannya menjadi adil dan merata.
Untuk itu saya mengambil jalan tadi agar para masyarakat yang kurang mampu mendapatkan haknya untuk menerima daging hewan qurban. Untuk itu saya juga menyisakan daging untuk dimasak untuk para panitia agar tidak lapar saat berlangsungnya kegiatan ini. Ini adalah keputusan saya yang mendapat dukungan dari semua pihak dan akhirnya pendistribusiannya menjadi adil dan merata.
BERORGANISASI DALAM KEPENGURUSAN KELAS
Di dalam organisasi ini, saya berperan sebagai ketua kelas. Di kelas saya terdapat masalah yang cukup serius. Karena masalah ini menyangkut halnya dengan ketakutan para siswa-siswi dan terganggunya proses belajar mengajar.. Masalah yang ada itu adalah ditemukannya sejumlah senjata tajam yang tidak diketahui kepimilkannya. Senjata ini ada di dalam kolong meja belajar. Belakangan diketahui ada beberapa orang yang ingin memasuki kelas saya untuk mengambil dokumen-dokumen penting.
Di dalam masalah ini saya sebagai ketua kelas kelah mengambil langkah untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan memancing orang yang mempunyai senjata tajam ini. Saya dan rekan-rekan saya sehabis kelas selesai tidak pulang melainkan memasang kamera cctv di berbagai sudut kelas. Kami pun setelah selesai memasangnya langsung begegas bersembunyi sambil memperhatian kamera cctv dan di damping juga oleh SATPAM. Pada pukul 02.00 malam terlihat sudah siapa yang mempunyai senjata tajam, ternyata orang itu adalah maling yang ingin memngambil AC milik kelas saya. Kami bergegas masuk kelas dan langsung menggrebek orang itu. Ternyata tidak ada perlawanan dari maling itu, kami langsung menangkapnya dan menyerahkan ke kepolisian untuk dip roses lebih lanjut. Kelas saya pun menjadi aman dan tentram lagi.

BERORGANISASI DALAM RANGKA MEMPERINGATI HARI KEMERDEKAAN 17 AGUSTUS 1945
Berorganisasi di dalam acara ini menurut saya sangat penting, karena dengan acara ini kita dapat mengenang perjuangan para pahlawan kita yang memperjuangkan kemerdekaan. Saya memilih membuat tulisan ini dikarenakan saya mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang ini, karena saya terlibat di dalam kepanitian sebagai bendahara dalam organisasi ini.
Organisasi ini mempunyai masalah yang serius dalam organisasi ini, terutama di bidang keuangannya. Karena dalam bidang ini menentukan kesuksesan jalannya kegiatan. Hal yang saya kawatirkan adalah berkurangnya semangat panitia karena bila dana kurang akan menjadi kemaluan tersendiri bagi pengurusnya karena dapat di nilai gagal di mata masyarakat.
Untuk itu saya mencari jalan keluar untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan mengurangi anggaran dari kegiatan perlombaan agar dapat terpenuhi semua acara dan kegiatan ini. Saya pun tidak mau mengambil keputusan sendiri, para panitia yang lain juga mendukung ide saya. Oleh karena itu saya memulai penghitungan anggaran yang sangat minim agar mendapatkan sisa keuangan yang nantinya untuk menutupi kekurangan dalam kegiatan ini. Saya mendapatkan sisa uang yang cukup untuk mencukupi kekurangan kegiatan ini. Untuk itu saya merasa mempunyai kebanggan tersendiri, karena dengan masalah kekurangan keuangan, acara/kegiatan ini dapat tetap berjalan dengan meriah dan tidak di nilai jelek di mata masyarakat.
Organisasi ini mempunyai masalah yang serius dalam organisasi ini, terutama di bidang keuangannya. Karena dalam bidang ini menentukan kesuksesan jalannya kegiatan. Hal yang saya kawatirkan adalah berkurangnya semangat panitia karena bila dana kurang akan menjadi kemaluan tersendiri bagi pengurusnya karena dapat di nilai gagal di mata masyarakat.

Procedure pada Program Pascal
Prosedure dalam pascal dapat kita sebut sebagai program kecil yang memiliki fungsi tertentu beda procedure tidak memiliki data. Procedure dapa mengembalikan nilai denghan memanipulasi data parameter input/output.
FUNGSION
Fungsion suatu kegiatan tersrtuktur yang menghasilkan nilai dan hasil prosesnya subrutine khusus disimpan dalam memory komputer dan kita dapat memanggil dan mengaktifkan dalam menuliskan nama fungsi tersebut dalam pernyataan program fungsi tersebut umumnya telah disediakan dalam bahasa pemrograman tersebut, misalnya fungsi akar kuadrat log dan nilai absolute.
Prosedure dalam pascal dapat kita sebut sebagai program kecil yang memiliki fungsi tertentu beda procedure tidak memiliki data. Procedure dapa mengembalikan nilai denghan memanipulasi data parameter input/output.

Pointer adalah salah satu type data pada program pascal dan pointer juga salah satu variable yang berisi alamat pemrograman dimana satu disimpan bukannya berisi dat itu sendiri dengan kata lain pointer akan memajukan letak dari data memory.

- dengan type data berupa sembarang type data, sedangkan nama variabelnya adalah nama dari poniter.

PENGERTIAN FILE TEXT dan BINARY
File text adalah arsip yang disimpan dalam suatu media corage berupa data yang terdiri dari karakter yang menyatukan kata-kata / symbol. File text terpakai sebagai penyimpanan yang memiliki sifat dan tidak memiliki organisasi data yang jelas melakukan proses yang kompleks untuk melakukan pengelompokan data.
Binary adalah yang berisi data-dat 8 byte, biasanya file ini disimpan untuk file sehinnga tidak bias dibaca oleh manusia tanpa perangkat bantuan dan dapat dimengerti oleh mesin dipakai penyimpanan file yang bersifat terstruktur dilengkapi dengan index dan pointer sebagai acuan data.

RAM
RAM, atau Random Access Memory atau lebih dikenal sebagai memory, merupakan satu hardware yang penting dalam sistem komputer.Pernah dengar suatu kalimat berbunyi “semakin besar RAM, semakin cepat kinerja komputer ” Ini adalah benar – karana RAM memainkan peranan untuk membantu CPU dalam melaksanakan proses/task pada sesuatu sistem komputer. Pada komputer pribadi, RAM berbentuk ‘RAM Module’ seperti dalam gambar dan dipasang pada motherboard.
Bagaimana RAM membantu dalam meningkatkan kinerja sesuatu sistem komputer?
Dalam suatu sistem komputer, contohnya PC, RAM digunakan untuk menyimpan arahan/instruction dan data yang diperlukan untuk menyiapkan suatu proses/task secara sementara/temporarily – dengan itu CPU dapat mengakses data secara lebih cepat.
RAM merupakan salah satu dari unit ‘computer storage’ dalam kategori storage primer. Nama lain bagi RAM ialah read/write memory (kerana data boleh dimasukkan dan dibaca dari RAM).
Dari permulaan era PC hingga sekarang, perkembangan RAM mengalami dalam berbagai evolusi jenis, seperti
- SRAM (Static RAM),
- DRAM (Dynamic RAM)
- SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic RAM)
- DDR SDRAM (Double Data Rate SDRAM),
- RD RAM (Rambus) ,
- DDR2 SDRAM (Double Data Rate Two SDRAM) serta
- Rambus XDR DRAM (eXtreme Data Rate DRAM)
RAM dipakai dalam berbagai module dan sel. RAM generasi terkini dipakai dalam bentuk modul, seperti SIMM (Single Inline Memory Module), DIMM (Double Inline Memory Module) dan RIMM (Sama seperti DIMM, tetapi untuk membedakan pakai Rambus dan pakai memori DIMM biasa) .
Pengunaan jenis RAM pada sesuatu sistem komputer dipengaruhi oleh dukungan chipset yang terdapat pada motherboard sistem komputer. Contohnya, sesuatu motherboard yang mempunyai chipset Intel i925X hanya boleh menggunakan RAM jenis DDR2 SDRAM, dan RAM DDR SDRAM tidak dapat dipasang kerana ia tidak didukung oleh chipset tersebut (slot sdram tidak didukung oleh mobo tersebut)
Setiap jenis RAM hanya boleh dipakai pada slotnya sendiri saja pada motherboard. Misalnya slot RAM jenis Rambus mempunyai bentuk yang berbeda dibanding dengan slot RAM jenis DDR SDRAM. Ini berlaku karana Rambus dipakai pada bentuk ‘kaki’ tersendiri yang tidak sama dengan DDR SDRAM.
Apa yang diperlukan sebelum membeli RAM? Kriteria pemilihan RAM
Jika ingin upgrade PC dengan menambah RAM. Terdapat bebrapa kriteria yang perlu diambil sebelum membeli RAM Module:
- Ketersedian slot yang disediakan oleh mobo?
Type mobo ada yang menyediakan 2 slot,4 slot, dilihat dulu berapa yang tersedia
- Mobo yang ada mendukung Ram yang berjenis apa?
Setiap motherboard mempunyai toleransi penerimaan kapasitas ‘RAM’ nya tersendiri.
Misalnya, satu motherboard yang mempunyai toliransi kapasitas RAM sebanyak 1GB. Jika ditambah RAM melebihi 1GB, PC tetap akan membaca 1 GB tersebut, sisanya tidak akan terbaca.
- Mobo yang tersedia, hanya untuk ram jenis apa, apakah sdram, ddr atau ddr2. Beda jenis RAM tidak bisa dipasang dengan RAM yang berbeda
